Delivery and Risk
Unless otherwise specified delivery shall be deemed to take place when the products are delivered to your premises, or alternative delivery address as specified by yourself in the UK, when risk in the product passes to you. Please allow up to 5 working days (Monday (not Bank Holidays), Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) for delivery. We will make every effort to meet delivery but take no responsibility for circumstances outside of our control.

Title
The product remains our property, until payment has been received in full. If you do not pay any sum, which is due and payable to us, we reserve the right to recover all or any of the products by requiring you to make them available for our collection. If you fail to do so then you shall allow us to enter upon your premises where they are reasonably thought to be stored and repossess them.

Governing Law
There terms and conditions and all disclaimers and any other material on our web site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, to which both parties submit.
