Q .	How do I know what equipment I will need?

Q .	How can I pay for my order?
A.	We accept Visa, Switch and all major credit cards. Payment details can either be taken online or by telephoning 01242 244488 or 07973 624488 if you would prefer. Alternatively you can send us a cheque. Orders will be dispatch upon receipt of payment.

Q.	How secure is it to give my CREDIT CARD details online?
A.	Totally secure. Our web site carries a THAWTE Certified 128 bit card encryption system. All credit card details are scrambled for maximum security.

Q.	What legislation do Fireonlines Extinguishers conform to?
A.	All of our equipment is covered by B.A.F.E (British Approval for fire equipment), and conforms to BSEN3. All new equipment is Kitemarked.

Q.	How long does a fire extinguisher last?
A.	Extinguishers can least up to 20 years if maintained and tested in accordance with BS5306 Part:3 2000 and Part 8: 2000 and if they are have been stored in an indoor environment.

Q.	Can I be in complete control of how much extinguisher product I disperse?
A.	Yes, all of our equipment has squeeze grip style handles, which means that you are in full control.

Q.	What happens if I have to return goods for any reason?
A.	No problem, see our returns policy page.


Q.	How long is the equipment guaranteed for?
A.	One year from the date of despatch, covering manufacturers faults but excluding damage by misuse or abuse and service consumables. Please see our full details on our Guarantee page.

Q.	How often should I get my Fire Extinguisher serviced?
A.	Annually, by a company that conforms to BS5306 Part: 3 2000 and BS5306 Part:8 2000

Q.	Should my Fire Extinguishers be protected from the cold?
A.	Water extinguishers subject to temperatures below freezing, should be protected by the addition of an anti freeze addative. This is available form our Water Extinguishers page.
